How long does the shipping/delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Kindly note there might be some delay in case of customs clearance which is out of our control and hence it might cause a little delay in shipping the orders to you.

 

How can I track my product shipment?

We will send you an email regarding the shipment tracking 3-7 days after the purchase.

 

What should I do if the received item is damage?

If the item is damaged or defected we will be happy to replace them. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the damaged products to info@fashionerrific.com

 

Can I get replacement for the damaged item?

Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the product is defected, we will send its replacement free of cost.
